Let’s talk about “text neck”. It really should be called tech neck because, to be honest, anything that causes you to look down all day long can create changes in your posture. Your head is heavy!! It needs that sturdy “banana" curve to support your head and the fragile structures in that area. Let this poster bring awareness to this problem that is creating postural abnormalities in our society today!
